HOTEL Residence LA LUNA NEL PORTO – STRESA-

General conditions (two weeks or more)

 

a. Reservation/Payment
All reservations will be accepted and confirmed with a suitable form on receiving of your deposit – 30% of the full price of your stay (the reservation will only be valid, if you receive our confirmation form).
This amount can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
When you make the reservation, we will ask you for your credit card details ( number and expiry date - no Amex or Diners) as guarantee of the reservation.
Cash payments also accepted. Full payment must be made on your day of arrival.
b. Rates  Prices
The price includes : The price does not include : On arrival, a deposit of euro 200,00 (two hundred)is required which will be returned on departure after the condition of accommodation and facilities has been checked.
We remind you that, accommodation for a certain number of people, must not  be occupied by a higher number of persons. A little child is counted as an adult.

c. Arrival
The suite is at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Check-in may be done until 10:00 p.m.; check-in after this time has to be agreed with the reception at the time of booking.
If circumstances beyond your control cause you to be late, please let reception know.

d. Cancellation fees / Withdrawal
In case of communicated client withdrawal, after receiving our Final Confirmation Form : No Show - if you do not arrive on the notified day and do not inform the hotel, payment for the full stay will be taken from the credit card.
If a deposit is refunded to you, an administration charge of euro 10,00 will be retained.

e. If your stay is interrupted
An unforeseen departure of your own iniziative, cannot be reimboursed by the Hotel Residence.
If you do not pay on arrival, on your departure you will be charged for the total amount of your stay.

f. Privacy
In accordance with article 13 of D.L. 30.06.2003 n.196, our clients'personal data will be used by both data processing systems and manual processes to meet fiscal obbligations (invoicing, data recording, etc.) and to send advertising and sales promotions concerning our Hotel Residence.

g. Respecting other guests
We ask our guests not to make a noise after 9 p.m, nor to use high-volume CD players, radios or musical instruments so as not to disturb other guests.

h. Hotel rules
To make your stay more pleasant, hotel rules are at your disposal in each suite. We would be grateful if you read and respect them. Thank You !
